If pregnancy has not occurred after one year of regular intercourse without the use of contraception, then there is a very high probability that there is some kind of medical problem that caused infertility. Modern science does not have reliable evidence that stress causes infertility. Most infertile patients experience stress, however, as a rule, it is infertility that leads to stress, and not vice versa.
