Why use ultrasonic bolt preload measurement technology?

  1. Different from mechanical or strain-type smart bolts, ultrasonic smart bolts do not need to drill holes in the core of the bolt, and do not make any changes to the bolt, just stick a piezoelectric ceramic sheet on the head of the bolt;
  2. Different from the annular pressure gasket, the ultrasonic smart bolt does not change the bolt structure and its structural rigidity, making the monitoring bolt pre-tightening force more representative;
