We have a variety of different personalities, but we must wear a “personality mask” outside and play a variety of roles. We are middle-level or senior executives in the company, and when we come home, we are the children of our parents or the parents of our children. We were a child before and an old man or woman in the the very far or near future.

Then when we grew up, where did the little me go? Who am I? What can I do? What grade does my industry belong to in this world? How much share do I have in this market? How to find my current position?

Many people live in a daze, and they don’t even know their role in society, let alone understand their inner state of mind. When we don’t know ourselves, we cannot position ourselves. “The Art of War” by Sunzi says “Knowing the enemy will never end in a hundred battles.” I don’t know how much power I have. How can I fight the opponent?

Others can lift a hundred catties, but you can only lift ten catties, so how do you fight against others? Some time ago, I read “The Art of War” with a lot of feelings. It talked about what to do when others are ten times or even dozens of times stronger than you. Then you have to keep a low profile. The Yue King Goujian was able to take the courage, because he knew the enemy. When you are meditating these two days, you have to ask yourself: “Who am I?” If I am a mother, I have to carry everything like the earth; if I am a father, I have to tolerate the people around me, endlessly like heaven; If you are a chairman, you must take care of the growth of everyone underneath.

Therefore, you have to find “who am I” to position yourself well, and then you know what you should and cannot do. It is impossible to live in this world without pain, because we have feelings, because our bodies are flesh and blood. “Even Buddha will also get sick when he is alive” as the belief is passed by generations.

Everyone must remember: don’t use a fixed concept to look at the rapidly changing world, this is how our troubles arise. You will change, your husband will change, your children and in-laws will change.

As an analogy, when you draw a circle on a piece of paper, many people only see this circle and rarely think about the larger space outside the circle. Our thinking should be multi-directional. If you can’t figure it out with positive thinking, just think about it with reverse thinking. We must learn to continuously zoom in on the overall process of life and minimize what is currently happening.

We even often find troubles for ourselves. A true practitioner, a person with great enlightenment, his mind has no boundaries like a void, and anything that happens in front of him is not a big deal in front of him. Master Huihai taught everyone the idea of ​​having an empty cup during the lecture. In the end, even the empty cup must be broken. Only when the cup is broken can there be truly no fetters.

So, what do we fix? It is to keep magnifying the heart, and Taishan collapses in front of him without changing his color. Where did calmness come from? From the open heart, it shows the magnificence of Hua Zang World.

In the realm of Huayan, one flower, one world, one leaf, one Tathagata, three thousand worlds can be contained in one mustard seed, and one mustard seed can also show an infinite world.

The “Amitabha Sutra” says that from this world to the western world of bliss, it takes 10 trillion buddha fields. How do people imagine such a vast cosmology?
